I’m a learning strategist and experience designer with more than a decade of experience helping organizations build learning ecosystems that drive performance, engagement, and growth. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, design, and leadership development—translating business goals into human-centered learning experiences that make a measurable impact.

Most recently, I led end-to-end learning strategy and program delivery for global clients as a Senior Learning Strategist at Everbright Talent Development, including a $600K leadership initiative for a multinational tech company. I built a Learning and Development department from the ground up at East Rise Credit Union, led large-scale LMS implementations, and designed blended learning solutions that combine eLearning, live facilitation, and practical job aids.

As a dedicated people manager, I take pride in mentoring and developing teams—creating space for designers and learning professionals to grow their skills, experiment with new ideas, and deliver their best work. I believe that great leadership starts with curiosity, trust, and consistent coaching, and I strive to model those values in every project I lead.

My approach blends strategic thinking, collaboration, and creative problem-solving. I’m especially interested in how learning technology and thoughtful design can make development more inclusive and impactful across organizations.
